- Capstone Exercise: Participants select one practical HR activity — create an HR policy; build a recruitment workflow; draft a difficult employee communication; develop an onboarding SOP; prepare a job description and interview pack; convert meeting notes into an action plan; create a reusable HR prompt library; or build an employee grievance-handling workflow — then prepare the initial prompt, generate an output, review its weaknesses, refine the content and present the completed document or workflow.
