The Human Resources Operations and Practices Training – CHRP-Level is a comprehensive 30-hour course designed to develop practical HR knowledge and prepare participants to understand and handle actual HR responsibilities in the workplace.
This is not intended to be a theory-based training course. Participants will learn through practical exercises, workplace examples, discussions and case studies throughout the training, helping them understand how HR functions operate within a real organisation.
The course covers nine essential areas of Human Resources, including the role of HR, staffing, performance management, compensation, training and development, employee relations, HR planning and audit, employee health and wellness, and UAE Labour Law.
It is suitable for individuals planning to begin a career in HR, as well as HR Assistants, Coordinators, Administrators, Recruiters and junior HR professionals who want to strengthen their practical knowledge and workplace confidence.
Participants will also receive value-added career and practical HR sessions at no additional cost, including interviewing skills, job description writing, HR-focused CV and cover letter guidance, and personalised guidance on future HR training and qualification pathways.
Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a Certificate Attested by KHDA.
