Course Registration and Payment

All candidates must register through www.trainpoint.ae. To begin, click on Login/Register to create an account. After registration, candidates can select their desired course and proceed to payment. Alternatively, candidates can choose a course, add it to their cart, and then log in or register to complete the payment process.
Once the payment is successfully processed, candidates will receive a digital receipt and a confirmation email sent to the registered email address.
Upon completion of the course, the system will automatically issue an electronic certificate confirming the candidate’s attendance.

Attendance

Candidates are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to confirm their attendance.
Attendance must be marked on the www.trainpoint.ae website and/or at the confirmed course location.
Please ensure that all personal details on your student page are accurate, including your name, company name, phone number, mobile number, and email address.
Candidates are expected to adhere to the dress code (Smart casual or formal) and show respect for local customs and practices.
For certification courses, candidates will be eligible for the course certificate provided they attend the full session and successfully pass the exam administered by RERA.
Please note that obtaining the course certificate does not grant a license to practice the profession. You must follow all RERA guidelines and meet their additional requirements to obtain a valid license.

User Login Details

Candidates will receive their registered email and password via SMS to the mobile number provided during registration.
These login details should be used for attendance purposes.
Train Point Institute will not provide usernames or passwords via phone calls or emails.
If you need to reset your password, please visit www.trainpoint.ae -> Register/Login -> Forgot My Password.
Kindly Note: Candidates must bring their username, password, and a valid ID for attendance.

Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

COVID-19 Precautions
All necessary precautions are in place in accordance with the guidelines of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Mobile Phones
Please ensure that your mobile phone is set to silent mode or switched off during classes to avoid distractions.

Personal Belongings
Train Point Institute will not be responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.

Respect for Cultural and Ethical Norms
We ask all participants to respect local cultural, social, and ethical norms at all times.

Photography and Video Recording
Train Point Institute reserves the right to take photos and videos during the training sessions for promotional purposes, which may be published on our social media channels.

Digital Certificates

Examinees can download their certificates directly from their student profile on www.trainpoint.ae.
Train Point Institute does not provide hard copies of certificates.
Should candidates require a hard copy of their certificate or training materials, a charge will apply.
Kindly Note: For certification courses, the rules and regulations set by RERA will be strictly followed.

Payment

Important Note: You can make an online payment directly while registering for the course and receive a digital receipt via email.

Alternatively, trainees may choose to complete their payment after registration, but before the scheduled course date. Accepted payment methods include cash, wire transfer, cheque, and credit card.

Privacy Policy

All credit/debit card details, customer information, or personal data will NOT be sold or shared with any third party.
The website’s policies and terms & conditions may be updated or changed periodically to comply with new requirements or standards. In such cases, customers will be notified of any changes, as well as any updates from the payment gateway provider.

Vat Fees

A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable on all fees.
